CALLOWHILL BID SERVICE AREA
The boundaries, also referred to as the service area, of the Callowhill BID is generally bounded by the south side of Spring Garden Street between the Rail Park and the back of the properties on the east side of North Broad Street on the northern side; the west side of the streets immediately to the east of the Rail Park on the east side; the north side of Vine Street between approximately 11th Street and the back of the properties on the east side of North Broad Street on the south side; and the back of the properties on the east side of North Broad Street between Spring Garden and Vine Streets on the west side.
